The Best! I own a 4th generation florist in Ohio and send flowers through Bill's Flower Tree to my Aunt and Uncle. Talk about being GREAT!! Flowers are perfect and they always accommodate 110%. They are my go-to florist in Albany. If you haven't order flowers from them, you are missing out. Thanks Bill's Flower Tree for always making my Aunts day with beautiful flowers and plants... My long distance boyfriend had these sent to my house and it was one of the best gifts I think he could have thought of. Its absolutely stunning and the man who delivered them was very sweet and there was no damage done in the delivery!

Honestly as an average guy when it comes to flowers I don’t have much confidence I would pick out a bouquet with a wow factor. So normally when I call Bill’s flower tree I would order a dozen red roses. Don’t get me wrong, I think a this is a great choice. This time I was in a hurry and when asked what bouquet I was choosing I admitted that I really was not good at this and told the lady who was helping me to make something of her choosing. The result was astoundingly beautiful and lasted many weeks in a cool room. My wife was thrilled which made me thrilled. I couldn’t be more satisfied. Thank you to the lady who helped me at Bill’s Flower Tree. I wish I had remembered her name. Thank you for helping me if you are reading this.

I submitted an order online that I needed for the next day. Well before my order was supposed to be completed I got a phone call about some substitutions that needed to made for specific flowers. All the substitutions were perfectly acceptable and the possibility for substitutions was clearly stated on their website. I picked up my order several hours early and the arrangement looked great. They almost forgot the card with my message, but quickly located it. It's been over a week and the arrangement still looks good and almost all the flowers have bloomed.

I Recently purchased these flowers for my mothers 60th birthday for a small fortune of $85.00 (which Translates to 5.8 hours of my time at work) the big orange bouquet is from the flower tree i purchased them on the 24th that same day the flowers began to wilt and within 24 hours the flowers started to die. The white bouquet was purchased the same day and are from Fred Meyers they were significantly less and are still bright and perky. I am super disappointed. I attempted to speak with a manager /owner. I was advised by the owner someone would get back to me on mon. I would not recommend ever again. I believe in supporting local businesses but this one I would for go. Sincerely, 5.8 hours. UPDATE: Good morning I am getting back to you today as promised. I would be happy to replace your bouquet of flowers for you, if you would kindly ask your daughter to remove her google review.
